Your Account:

To login to an existing account login here. You must be logged into your account to place and order, view account credits, order history, and tracking status. If you have forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password?" on the login page and enter your username or email to receive an email to update your password.

 

Account Balances:

If your account has been granted a balance, your balance will appear on the top left of the webpage once you are logged in. At checkout, your account balance will be shown in the payment section under "billing method." To use your balance, check "use my account balance" and your order total will be deducted from your account balance. If your order total does not exceed your account balance, the remainder of your account balance will be listed below. If you still have a outstanding total, your adjusted order total will appear to right, and you will be required to provide an additional billing method before continuing.

 

Billing:

The following credit cards are accepted: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

For orders outside of the company store (i.e. managers ordering in bulk or minimum order quantities), you will receive an invoice to be processed and paid through RxSS.

 

Inventory & Supply:

The RxSS store has a limited inventory of products shown on this site. You will be notified when adding items to your cart if you exceed the quantity of inventory we hold. If we no longer have inventory of an item it will be listed as out of stock. When our inventory is diminished, products will be based on the manufacturer's availability. Due to this and the current supply chain we are unable to estimate how long it will take for an item will be back in stock. 

 

When do my items arrive? 

Orders are delivered weekly to RxSS HQ on Tuesdays. The cutoff for orders to be included in that week’s shipment is Monday at 12:00 PM (Central). Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Monday will be included in the following week’s shipment.

 

Shipping Details

Shipping is free if you select delivery to RxSS HQ (Receiving items on the standard Tuesday delivery schedule).

** Please note, if you select the Free Ship to HQ shipping method, your items will ship to HQ regardless of if you provided an alternative address.

If you are shipping to your home or a personal address, then standard UPS rates will apply. Ground is typically a one-day turn around in the Kansas City metro and a two-day turn around outside the metro. If the order is received before noon, it will go out that same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will go out the following day. 

 

Post Office Box Shipping

Products cannot be delivered to Post Office box addresses. 

 

What if I have an Urgent Order that needs to be delivered ASAP? 

To place an urgent order pay for UPS shipping, put details in the Note field 'URGENT Delivery' and email Grapevine Designs to confirm.

 

Email Grapevine Designs Directly:

·       To order more than what is currently in stock

·       To order something for your department that is more personalized

·       To order specific items (not listed on the site) for your clients

·       Custom packaging for items in your order

 

Return Policy
Returns will be accepted for damaged or defective merchandise up to 30 days after order placement. You will need to re-pack the merchandise in its original packaging with the packing slip. On the front of the packing slip, please indicate the reason for the return. You will be responsible for return shipping. Return to the following address:

Order Status
You may request information about your order by calling 1-844-210-7931. Please have your order number ready so we can help you quickly and accurately. If your call is received after 5:00 PM, it will be returned the next business day.
